I would say this is the BEST itinerary you could do if you're visiting Venezuela for the first time.
It has our most Iconic landmarks and also a taste of the daily life.
To do this itinerary you'll need to hire an agency at least for part of the trip because there is no way to visit Angel falls by your own, but going to Los Roques, you could only buy the flight ticket and book the rest by yourself.
