This is another one of our go-to bars to start a night in Puerto Vallarta. The staff have become friends, and the cocktails are fantastic. This outdoor seating venue always has a good vibe, located in the heart of the Romantic Zone just a block from the beach.

In my humble, tequila-soaked opinion, the best margarita in Puerto Vallarta is from Bar La Playa. Their Spicy Jalapeño Ranchero is the stuff dreams are made of.

If you can't handle the heat, their classic margarita hits the spot. They also have some delightful mezcal cocktails, offering some of the best drinks in Puerto Vallarta.
