This is one of my favorite sunset spots in St. George and its accessible to everyone (with no hiking required.) Although technically located within Snow Canyon State Park, there isn't a fee booth, nor have I ever been asked to see my park pass. I DO personally have one, but I've never been asked nor do I know if its required. I cannot find any solid information whether a fee is required or not, but there is no fee booth to access.

This overlook is NOT to be confused with Snow Canyon Overlook Trail. These are not the same.
