Escalante Mercantile is such a cute spot to pick up groceries for your visit or grab lunch and a smoothie. The food is amazing and I love sitting on the back patio. Note they do operate with seasonal hours, so if you're visiting December-February, they may not be open.

The back patio is also dog friendly so this is a great place to eat if you've got your pup in tow.
