Antelope Flats Road is a wide-open area where you can spot all sorts of wildlife, like bison and pronghorn antelope, and occasionally a moose in the creek. You'll drive past the tiny town of Kelly, Wyoming (go to "Kelly on the Gros Ventre" Cafe if it's open! Get the iced americano!) and continue on towards the Moulton Barn.
