The Greedy Cow Café is a former merino wool shop turned sunny corner café and the place to get a coffee in Lake Tekapo. It's busy, warm, and welcoming. The atmosphere is easygoing, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food looks just as good.

Their cabinet is loaded with filled croissants, bagels, wraps, and sandwiches—all made with Fairlie Bakehouse bread (some of the best bread ever). But if you’ve got time to sit down, the menu has heaps of dishes and plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, too.
