Manu Bay, affectionately known as The Point, is a famous surf beach with the longest left-hand point break in the world. It's only 6km from the centre of Raglan, but it feels like it's a million miles away from anything else.

In early 2024, some friends and I camped in Raglan and came to Manu Bay for breakfast. We cooked pancakes on the beach and spent hours sitting on the rocks and watching the surfers.

There's plenty of parking when you arrive, but no shops, etc. So make sure you bring anything you need with you :)
