Brunch may be my favourite meal of the day and the Blue Fox Cafe is a great example why! This longstanding Victoria favourite is all about fun takes on classic Canadian breakfast dishes. Everything is tasty but the eggs benedict section is the star - there are 12 versions to choose from!

The downside of the Blue Fox Cafe is the popularity. Reservations are not available, so expect to wait 30-50 minutes depending on your group size and the day of the week (weekends are busier).
