The Road to the Turoa Ski Field and Mangawhero Falls is a photo spot all in itself. The road is lined with amazing native Beech Forest and there are a few spots where you can pull over and take a beautiful road shot.

Take your wide angle (16-35mm) and mid range zoom (24-70mm) lens with you for this one. I shot this location during the day time as it can be quite low lit with the surrounding trees shading the road.
