Photography info: There are plenty of compositions available at the Wairepo Arm and it just requires taking a wander along the lakeside to find a spot that works for you. This pin is a good spot to start from and point your camera directly south. Use your wide angle lens (16-35mm or similar) and although every Aurora is different, settings similar to ISO800-1600, F2.8-F4, 4-8 seconds is a good place to start.
