The tallest waterfall on the Faroe Islands!

Fossá is the tallest waterfall on the Faroe Islands just 45 minutes drive from the capital city Tórshavn. Fossá is 140 meters tall. There is a short hike you can do at this waterfall. you will find a map close to where you park the car. You can hike up to the second level of the waterfall. Not many people know this because you actually can go behind the waterfall. Note that rain clothes are a must if you want to go behind the waterfall or close to it as you will get wet from the spray of the waterfall.
