This mountain is located right next to Lake Lucerne, what makes possible some of the best views on it. To reach the peak - which by the way also has a hotel and restaurant. If you stay there for the night, you get a memorable sunrise (if the weather fits!). Especially the view on the "Grosser Mythen" and "Kleiner Mythen" are something you don't see every day. The mountain top can easily be reached through the steepest mountain railway in the world a the cable car (see link below).
