This spot always pulls me in—Shinjuku’s Yodobashi front view. It’s that classic Japan look: oversized neon signs, jam-packed storefronts, and a tree cutting right through the scene like it’s posing with the building. It has this retro-futuristic vibe, especially at night when the red and cyan lights start to glow.

I love how the whole corner feels alive. There's always something going on—people walking by, catching the latest deal, the occasional street performer—and if you're lucky, some rain to turn the pavement into a mirror of neon madness. It's one of those spots that gives you a hundred angles to play with. Wide shots, details, silhouettes—you name it.

Best Time to Photograph:
Night is where the magic happens, especially after rain when the glow bounces off the wet ground. But don’t skip it during the day either—those red signs pop beautifully against a clear blue sky. Come back at different times, and you’ll walk away with totally different shots every time.
