This quirky and eclectic museum showcases a mix of ancient and contemporary art, along with wine, restaurants, and music. It's an incredibly strange and thought-provoking museum that pushes boundaries. So be aware!! Plan a half day to visit as it's very big!

Mona Ferry

A fun way to visit the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) is by ferry. It's a scenic ride on the river! It's best to pre-book tickets but you can also show up and purchase them there.

The oldest operating brewery in Australia! Great place to do beer tasting or have a bite to eat. You can also do brewery tours or history tours.

Salamanca Place is lined with a row of Georgian sandstone warehouses built in the 1830s. These buildings were originally used to store goods like grain, wool, whale oil, and imported products from the bustling port of Hobart.

Nowadays, it's a bustling area filled with restaurants, shops, galleries, and a lively market every Saturday.
