Nore Stave Church is a unique 12th century church located in Nore og Uvdal kommune in Viken county, Norway. It was built with galleries and cross naves, allowing the interior to be decorated with murals of scenes from the Bible presented as riddles. It also features tendril carvings and animal characters such as lions and dragons - a great sight to see for visitors! The church has been renovated several times throughout the centuries, but many of its original parts have been kept intact over the years.
