If you’ve ever dreamed of doing yoga on the beach, Yoga Vallarta is one of the best options in town. They offer beach yoga and meditation on weekends and on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings—plus sunset beach yoga Monday through Thursday. There’s nothing quite like flowing through poses while listening to the waves at Los Muertos Pier in the Romantic Zone. 🌊

They even provide beach mats, so no worries if you don’t have one—just bring a towel to stay comfy. I’ve tried both morning and sunset classes, and they’re fantastic. The instructors speak English, and classes are usually small and intimate (3-4 people, sometimes up to ten). It’s a great way to stretch out, unwind, and connect with the beauty of PV.

Once you sign up, they’ll add you to a WhatsApp group where they share photos from the class—it’s such a fun way to remember the experience!
