The Natural History Museum of Utah (NHMU) is a wonderful, family-friendly place to explore the marvels of nature. Located in Salt Lake City, the museum illuminates the natural world and the place of humans within it through its extensive range of exhibitions and science displays. The collections are home to 1.6 million objects ranging from invertebrate zoology specimens to botany samples, paleontology artifacts and more. Citizen Science programs, special exhibitions and other events like the award-winning Summer Camps make NHMU an exciting destination for visitors of all ages. Additionally, there are a variety of ways to explore the collection such as traveling treasures, Explorer Corps and Research Quest. Don't miss your chance to get involved and explore the wonders of the natural world!
