Tucked away in the charming village square of Paleokastro, you'll find this beloved local gem, a place where time seems to slow down. It's a family-run taverna famous for serving some of the freshest fish and seafood on the island, even though it's a few kilometers from the coast. You have to try their unique house salad with seafood and the incredibly tender octopus. It gets very popular with locals, so I'd recommend calling ahead to reserve a table, especially for dinner, to soak in the wonderful, lively atmosphere under the lights.
