Located in Vatnajökull national park, Svartifoss is a charming little waterfall. Despite being small, it's a very popular waterfall because of the hexagonal basalt columns that surrounds it. From Skaftafell there is a short 30 minute hike to Svartifoss. While there you can camp in Skaftafell and do other short hikes to explore the area.
