Wonderful place for short or long hikes through an ancient Laurel forest from the Cenozoic era. The hikes are mostly under the shade of the trees, so the heat is reduced. As you hike, you will come by the "glass caves" which seemed to have been mined for glass during a decade from the 1950´s.
