A very instagrammable restaurant with good Mediterranean cuisine, seafood dishes, live music (on some days in the evening), and great coffee.

Thanks to its location on a hilltop, there are awesome views of the Adriatic Sea and the Bay of Kotor. 

NOTE: Since it is located right on the main road, in summer it gets overly full with too many tourists. Thus, you may want to skip it and go to another place (I mention plenty of good panoramic restaurants in the area).
