St Bartholomew's Gatehouse is a cool old building in London that stands at the entrance of one of the city's oldest churches, St Bartholomew-the-Great. It was built in 1595 on the remains of the church's nave and miraculously survived the Great Fire of London in 1666. The gatehouse has some Tudor and Georgian features, and it even served as a school for a while. Plus, it's got some interesting historical connections, like being near where William Wallace was executed. So, if you're into history and cool old buildings, this place is definitely worth checking out!
