Message from ExploringLondon

Kensington Gardens is a historic park in London that used to be the playground of the nobility. Dreamed up by Queen Caroline in the 18th century, it's now open to everyone and filled with majestic tree avenues, blossoming flower walks, and famous landmarks like the Albert Memorial. You can even hang out with Peter Pan by the Long Water or let the kids play on a wooden pirate ship at the Diana Memorial Playground. It's a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city where you can escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some green space.
