From this spot you can watch a beautiful sunset with the sun setting behind the city, the mountains as background and the Danube river flowing beside you. From Donauinsel, very close to the U1 U-Bahn Station with that same name.

I prefer sunset watching suring spring or end of summer, to avoid the heat and late sunset times.
