The Spoke on Center is a great spot in Moab if you're looking for handcrafted burgers, salads, and other standard American fare. They have a build your own burger/chicken sandwich option, which is always my favorite thing to order after a long day of hiking. They offer both indoor and patio dining. They also have a walk-up ice cream counter, so you can easily get a sweet treat on the go!
