Großer Feldberg is the tallest mountain in the Taunus and Rhenish Massif, located in the Hochtaunuskreis district in Germany. It stands 879.5 metres tall and offers a stunning view of the mountains to the north and west, as well as across the Rhein-Main plain and far into the distance to the south and east. Various activities are available for visitors to enjoy such as motorbiking, cycling, hiking, skiing and tobogganing. It's easy to get to from Frankfurt in about half an hour using roads from nearby towns. Großer Feldberg is a great destination no matter what time it is year round!
