Secret waterfalls From a reviewer: You can get to this waterfall by the shortest route from 47 Kerikeri Inlet Road, where there is 2 or 3 car parks (not sign posted very well). From here it is only a 5 minute walk down to Te Wairere Waterfall, walking down the track beside the Secret Waterfall for a part of the track. This track can be slippery in winter and when it is wet. When you are down the stairs (some are rock steps), cross the little bridge, and continue to the falls. These falls are a great little gem, and there is a nice seat to sit on and enjoy them. Well worth the trip. You can also access them from the other end of the track from the Stone Store, which is a gentler, but a lot longer track (I believe more often used - but not local, so not sure). On the way back to the bridge, turn up stream, and you can work your way up to the Secret Falls - it can be a bit tricky over and around some of the trees, but you can get a view of this additional small fall.
