"This track was in great condition even after a showery week. Mostly packed sand, some gravel and grass: my daughter who never wears shoes was glad she had them one for the western side of the lake. Very easy walk. Areas of shade and sun. Wind was cold early on but apparently there is a polar blast right now. 2 kids, 11, and 9 managed well. We did take our time to explore interesting places, eat ice creams and have lunch. Toilets at both camp ground and lots of parking. We left from Prominade point and grabbed ice creams at pine beach (just over half way around), which was absolutely packed this Easter weekend! We considered adding detours to the other 2 lakes which would have been easily achieved but would have made it too much for our youngest. Glad to have explored the area that way!'
