Berggasthof Pflegersee is a popular destination in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, offering a picturesque setting by the Pflegersee lake. With a restaurant that can accommodate up to 80 people indoors and 110 on the lakeside terrace, it's perfect for events and celebrations. Open daily from 10 am to 6 pm (kitchen closes at 5 pm), this Bavarian gem is a great spot to enjoy good food and stunning views in a cozy atmosphere.

This restaurant is a bit more gourmet than most of the other alpine huts in the area. My favorite was their pumpkin soup. You can hike here from the Kramerplateauweg or drive and park nearby.
