Iglu-Dorf Zugspitze is the ultimate winter wonderland experience located 2,600 meters above sea level on Germany's highest mountain. You can stay in an igloo hotel on the top of the Zugspitze!! Make sure to reserve this early. If you miss out on reservations you can still go up to check it out, have a drink, or enjoy some fondu.

If you do stay, bring lots of layers. My daughter stayed the night up here with friends and said it was quite chilly. There is a sauna if you're brave enough to put on a bathing suit.
