Some important things to know about our National Parks in NZ.

You may have noticed that NZ is full of national parks and it's really important to keep in mind that there is a few rules for entry.
1. No drones whatsoever
2. No dogs/pets
3. Do not take any Flora or Fauna
There are 13 National Parks and hundreds of scenic reserves managed by the DOC. Many trails are free, but some Great Walks (like Milford Track or Routeburn) require bookings and fees.
Check track conditions, closures, and hut bookings at www.doc.govt.nz.
