Shibuya Parco is a department store hosting the first official Nintendo Store in Japan, a Pokemon Center, and a multitude of shops.

My absolute favorite however is Chaos Kitchen, their food court in B1F that was built like a cyberpunk yokocho dining alley. There is a vegan Izakaya Masaka here as well as other really great dining options.
