Grand Café de la Poste is an institution in Guéliz (Marrakech's new town). The establishment's name is a nod to the fact that when built in the 1920s, it operated as both a post office and a cafe. The Art Deco-style cafe draws as many Moroccan locals and expats as it does tourists. During the day, it's lovely for a quick espresso. In the evening, it's a stylish stop for French bistro staples like oysters and wine. The interiors are gorgeous, but the outdoor seating is great for people watching.
