This 15-minute journey is full of history, engineering and a little bit of mystery as it was initially part of a Cold War NATO facility and was opened for public use in 2010. It provides visitors with an easy access to one of the country’s most beautiful mountains and offers plenty of activities from skiing and snow activities to viewings of the incredible nature. With its three stations, electric trams and cable cars - Gaustabanen is the perfect destination for sudden moments of exploration and adventure.
