I've never access Gemini Bridges from 191, only from 313. You will be fine with high clearance and 2WD if no recent rain or snow. It can be 2WD passenger vehicle accessible, however the last I was there in November 2024 there were some rough parts on the road a low clearance vehicle would scrape. You're no longer able to drive over the bridges, but they're really cool to walk over. My trek from the trailhead is linked in the website.
