In general, the saying goes that the farther away you take yourself from a major tourist attraction, the more delicious and authentic the food will be. However, in a central location a stone’s throw away from the Duomo, Regina Bistecca is an exception to the rule. They offer three different cuts of the Florentine Steak, each ranging in price but all incredibly delicious. But the best part (in my humble opinion) is the sauce and condiment options available to order alongside your Florentina. Chive butter and Truffle sauce drizzled over my steak?! Yes please.
