If you are looking for a non-touristy food& crafts market, the Blue Bird Garage Market might just be what you are looking for. It's very local, since the whole Muizenberg community is quite small, and you'll find delicious food, a bar with wines and beers from the Cape region, and a bit of shopping. With a dedicated playground area for children, parents can relax and have a meal while their kids are entertained.

Opening hours: Every Thursday and Friday 4pm to 10pm
