Norah was drunk is a must try if you're looking for some of the best cocktails in Milan. The bar is super tiny, so a reservation is highly recommended.

It's located in the Lambrate neighbourhood, not a touristy area of Milan for sure. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the area, especially around the metro station and even worse at night. I find it a bit sketchy.

Though I have to recognize that here there are some of the best bars in Milan, and Norah was drunk is certainly among those.
