Eagle Point Campground at Emerald Bay State Park. Run by California State Parks, 100 sites, faucets in the campground – but no hook-ups, paid showers, flush toilets, dogs allowed with restrictions. Dogs Dogs on a 6′ leash are allowed in the campground and picnic areas, as well as on paved roads. Dogs may not be left unattended. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach or on any trails. Dog regulations are enforced YEAR-ROUND.
