Hi, I’m Sophie — a traveler, storyteller, and former computer science major who traded a traditional tech path for a life filled with adventure. What began as a spontaneous, cross-country road trip during the pandemic sparked a passion for exploring the world and capturing its beauty through film and storytelling. Since then, I’ve traveled to over 20 countries across 5 continents, building a career in travel media and sharing stories that reflect the transformative power of seeing the world. I also launched my own company, Run From Routine, to inspire others to step outside their comfort zones and explore with curiosity and intention. I don’t have it all figured out, but I’ve learned that the path to purpose isn’t always straight — and sometimes, the detours are where the real magic happens.
