Kotolinna was the perfect place to pause. To just be.
The kids had a blast playing in the yard while we enjoyed the peace – sipping coffee and watching them from the porch.

After a day of fishing, we warmed up in the lakeside sauna, shared some evening treats, and soaked in the bubbles of the hot tub. As the evening settled in, it felt so good to curl up in soft linen sheets. It was as if time stood still right in the middle of our adventure.

We stayed in the downstairs apartment, which had a couple of bedrooms and a kitchen/living area. Upstairs there was another apartment with its own bedrooms and shared spaces as well.

An absolutely stunning place, radiating history and soul – a place every traveler or passerby should experience at least once.
