Il Buongustaio is our favorite pizza in Interlaken, with delicious dough, tasty tomato sauce, and good quality toppings. I'm partial to their "Della Dama" pizza with burrata, mascarpone, parma ham, and rocket.

It's very popular for takeway. But they also have a small seating area in their enclosed courtyard, covered in winter and open air in summer. They don't take reservations. So you if want to sit inside, you may have a bit of wait.

It's just off the main Interlaken street, about 5 mins walk from Interlaken West, 20 mins walk from Interlaken Ost.
