Pouletburg is a rustic Swiss restaurant famous for their secret butter sauce chicken dish they have been serving for the last 60 years. We often choose hikes based on how close they are to this restaurant. We always take our visitors here for this classic "chicken in a basket" dish that you must try.

There are other things on the menu, but hardly anyone orders them. I've never even seen the menu. The servers know that everyone comes here for the chicken.
