What you'll do
Day 1
The valley of the waterfalls is for sure one of the most famous places to visit. It's best to visit the town early so there are not a lot of tourists around. But be late enough that the sun has reached the valley. The valley isn't as pretty in the shaddow.

Scenic Swiss village with nature
Lauterbrunnen is a quiet Swiss village set in a dramatic valley, surrounded by cliffs, waterfalls, and alpine peaks. Itâs a great starting point for exploring the Bernese Oberland.
Things to do:
Visit Staubbach Falls, one of the highest free-falling waterfalls in Europe đ§
Explore the TrĂŒmmelbach Falls, glacier-fed waterfalls inside the mountain
Take the train to Jungfraujoch, the âTop of Europeâ đ
Ride the cable car up to MĂŒrren or Wengen, car-free alpine villages
Take the cable car even further up and visit the Schilthorn
Hike the Lauterbrunnen Valley Trail for stunning view
Go stay at the LobhornhĂŒtte (See seperate Pin Point)
Relax with a coffee or lunch while surrounded by mountains â
Go paragliding if youâre up for an adventure
Take the steepest cable car of the world to my favourite mountain town: MĂŒrren. Do a stopover here before moving on to the Schilthorn. I tecommend getting coffee or food on the terrace of Alpenruh Hotel. Best views ever.
Schilthorn

James Bond fans' Swiss paradise
Schilthorn, located in the Bernese Oberland region of Switzerland, is a must-visit destination for James Bond fans and nature lovers alike. It is one of my favourite mountains peaks to visit. First of all because of the GORGEOUS 360° views but also because you can spend a bit of time there. Known for its panoramic views, revolving restaurant, Bond World museum, and thrilling Skyline Walk, Schilthorn offers a unique experience at an altitude of 2,970 meters. Whether you're into hiking, skiing, or just soaking in the stunning scenery, Schilthorn has something for everyone to enjoy. Don't forget to do the Cliff Walk at the in between station of Birg!
Don't miss out on doing the Thrill Walk at the Station Birg. It's free and is super fun! (if you're not scared of heights!)
