Jal Mahal, also known as the Water Palace, is a stunning architectural gem located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur, India. Built in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II, this three-story sandstone palace offers a picturesque view of the lake and surrounding hills. Recently renovated, the palace features a terrace garden with elegant Tibaris and octagonal Chhatri on the roof. The restoration project also included cleaning the lake and reviving the ecology of the area. While visitors can't explore the interior, the Jal Mahal remains a must-see landmark for tourists visiting Jaipur.
