Jade Rabbit at The Emerald Room is a popular Asian fusion spot. This vegan dim sum restaurant is the first and only of its kind here in Portland. Dim sum are small plates and Jade Rabbit has a variety of dishes from bao and dumplings to lumpia and adobo bowls. Owner and founder, Cyrus Ichiza is of Chinese and Filipino descent and he honors that through his menu. Reservations here are mandatory. It fills up fast!
