Riding through this tunnel of steel and light feels like flying. The train curves across the skyline, city lights flickering in the distance, everything stretching and blurring around you. It’s one of those moments where you don’t just see the city—you feel the movement, the rhythm. I stood right at the front window and watched Tokyo rush by like a scene out of a sci-fi movie.

Best Time to Photograph:
Blue hour is amazing here—the mix of city lights and deep blue sky really sets the mood. But don’t skip daytime rides either. Even during the day, the view over the water and skyline is super photogenic. Hop on the Yurikamome Line and head across the Rainbow Bridge. Since the train runs automatically, you can stand right at the front window. Use a shutter speed between 1/10s and 1/20s to get that smooth motion blur. Just hold steady or brace against the window to keep things sharp.
