Even during the day, the view over the water and skyline is super photogenic. Hop on the Yurikamome Line and head across the Rainbow Bridge. Since the train runs automatically, you can stand right at the front window. Use a shutter speed between 1/10s and 1/20s to get that smooth motion blur. Just hold steady or brace against the window to keep things sharp.
