Jen from Georgia Hikes

Tucked away in the northwest Georgia countryside, this peaceful park is a true local gem for escaping into nature. You can spend a relaxing day fishing or paddling on the calm lakes, or take a walk through the woods. For a bit more of a challenge, the moderate hike to the old marble mine is a must-do; it's a unique piece of local history and especially pretty when the small waterfall is flowing.
