It takes about 45 minutes to go up, very steep in some sections but doable. path is also well maintained, the last 10 minutes near the summit is a bit rocky. If you want a longer version, instead of going down the same way, you can do a round trip passing from monte calabrice and capo muro, taking the 329c to go down and reach the main road again ( Via Paipo ). The round trip will take you around 3 hours.
