Step inside our town hall for a truly unexpected artistic treasure, the Salle des Mariages (Wedding Hall), personally designed by the celebrated artist Jean Cocteau. For a small fee of €2, you can immerse yourself in his whimsical world; Cocteau didn't just paint the murals depicting local legends and Greek myths, he designed every detail, from the leopard-print carpet to the wrought-iron lamps. It’s a wonderfully intimate experience, but do be aware that as it's a working wedding hall, access is only possible when a ceremony isn't taking place.
